The entire team at Dexters made my process of renting an apartment so much more easier and hassle free. Special mention and thank you to Lucy for bearing with me and answering all my calls and resolving my queries to my satisfaction. I am also particularly grateful to Paul who has been very responsive towards minor issues that i have had as part of my movement and ensuring that those get sorted at the earliest possible. From the outset Dexter’s were professional and efficient. Starting with Ben’s visit, he was extremely knowledgeable of the area and specifically my road to completion the whole process was pretty much stress free. I was kept up to speed at all times, would have no hesitation in recommending.

I’ve been with Dexter’s for 3 years now and am sad to have left a property managed by them all because of a gentlemen called Paul ford. Paul has been amazing all this time, he is very effectient and thorough in what he does. He always returned my calls and emails the same day and made sure anything I requested to be done with the flat was done quickly. I can honestly say if you ever need anything from Dexter’s then Paul Ford in the Kingston branch is the person you need to contact.

I must say that Dexter’s really changed my expectations of estate agents. Natalia came over to offer the valuation and kept in touch from start to completion. The whole team acted professionally and really communicated with me. Great all round and really made my home move an enjoyable experience. Would definitely use again, a real 5 star service! I’m a tenant and my property manager Paul Ford and his team is excellent. He always responds to my request quickly and deals with any issues in my flat I rent. He always provide us quick solutions if any issues. Thank you very much Paul and Catherine.

Dexters were utterly professional, super speedy and great at keeping me informed when I out my house on the market with them. I had a huge amount of confidence in all the team who were assisting me. Within a week, they had arranged more than 20 viewings, and I had 7 offers on the house.
