We received an amazing peformance from Sonia De Abreu when we decided to move house before our lease had ended. Sublets can be expensive. There was a risk we would be required to subsidise the new lease because of Covid and its impact on real estate markets. We contacted Sonia and the outcome could not have been better. It was all over in 1 afternoon! Sonia and her team organised 10 showings for one afternoon in March, I believe there were multiple offers, a deal was reached and our Landlord found a new Tenant at no cost to us. A significant rental liability had been reduced to zero. Fantastic.

A large number of properties available for letting and great customer service with efficient and realiable responses from the team. If I have any doubt or require any assistance all I have to do is to give a call to the office and Ben will be available to listen what I need and promptly provide best answer or support for each question.

I have good experience with Jessica, she quickly arranged three viewings for us in one go, and then she arranged another viewing and second viewing for the house that we interested in. She is helpful in the negociation process and finally our offer was accepted.
