I used the legal helpline today and spoke to Luisa. She was able to answer my initial query very easily so I sneaked in a supplementary (unrelated) general question as well regarding the Renters Rights Act. She gave me lots of useful info that I had been unable to find elsewhere, so first class service, thank you.
