I moved to London recently and came across Dexters Kingston during my property search. They have helped me find a great place in record time! Coming from India, mine was a specific case as I had limited references here in London, and Dexters Kingston have been extremely helpful in accommodating my requests during the referencing and tenancy application process. Having dealt with a number of different agents, it was refreshing to deal with one who wasn't didn't just see this as another transaction... Dominic Murrray was incredibly professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process. Dominic took the time understand exactly what we were after and was always available to help. I will recommend Dexters to all of my friends and family. The team at Kingston go above and beyond to help and are always available for even the most simple of questions. Chloe and Dominic are very polite and have excellent knowledge of the area and properties. I have recently bought a new home with Dexters and will certainly use them in the future. Cannot recommend enough!

I live overseas and Dexters have been managing and letting my property for more than 10 years. Occupancy has been constant, no problems with payments and quick to carry out maintenance. They have just managed a major refurbishment which was on time and budget and has added great value to the house and rental . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and my thanks to Kayleigh for her ongoing support.

As a group of students, we were going into the house hunting game completely unaware of what to expect and what was involved in renting property. However, Amelia made the process easier and less daunting. She is an amazing estate agent, always upbeat, very helpful and understanding. Even though we chose not to go with the property we had been wanting to go for, due to not being able to find a fourth tenant, Amelia was very patient and understanding.
