My wife and I live in a rented flat in East Molesey, managed by Dexters. The agent who looks after us at Dexters is Paul Ford. Over the summer our flat has been redecorated and had a new kitchen fitted at the request of the landlady. Paul acted as project manager, coordinating contractors and schedules. There was a lot of potential for things to go wrong and for us as tenants to suffer the consequences. Everything went smoothly and I cannot thank Paul enough for taking our needs into consideration during the process and making everything go smoothly. One residual problem relating to drainage in the flat was resolved very efficiently and effectively. Thank you, Paul!
