I’ve recently had a terrible experience with lettings agents/companies but on a Friday afternoon when I called, almost in a panic because I had a very short window to finding a place that I would call my home, Richard at Curchods, Kingston picked up the phone and little did I know my renting experience would change completely. From the friendly over the phone customer service, the level of reassurance that I’d called the right place and would be treated as a human being vs just being another “tenant”, to finding my new home through his help and thorough step by step guide. I’m so grateful I made that call and I cannot thank the whole team enough, especially Richard who answered every single call, email (however silly the questions may have been at times). If everyone could experience that level of professionalism when going through the exciting yet equally stressful journey of finding their new home, it would make the process less daunting.
