I would highly recommend this surveyor. I spoke to him on the phone and he explained everything to me and booked my survey at the next available slot. Everything was sent online and I signed and agreed without having to go in the office. Which was good for me as I live 2 hours away from the property I was buying. The report came 2 days after the survey as promised and was detailed and easy to understand. Claire was lovely and really helpful explaining how the payment system worked. Nothing was too much for them .

We have let our flat through Curchods in Kingston and from the very beginning we felt confident in them to do well for us. Richard took the lead and expedited the whole procedure from the start. The whole team worked expeditiously and in a short time secured lovely tenants for our flat. Enormous thanks to Richard, Leo, Samantha and Georgina for a really good experience.
