Not impressed with Dexters. We left Kingston 6 years ago. On many occasions since they have called and emailed me asking if we want to sell. I have asked them to remove me from marketing and they continually fail to do so years later. Not trustworthy and lack attention to detail. Latest email 11th March 2026. We moved in 2020.

Not the best Estate agents. Unfriendly and some of them were late. No matter the reason/s as Estate agent/s you should be on time. Not a good help either when you contacted them with regards of damage/s that need to be fixed in a property. Overall customer service of Dexters is terrible!

We are currently searching for a house in the Kingston area of London and arranged a viewing through Charlotte from Dexters. We were delayed by traffic and, as soon as it became clear we would be late, I called the office to let them know we were likely to be around 15 minutes behind schedule. In the end we arrived approximately 30 minutes late and had missed the agent. What I find unacceptable is the agency’s response, placing all the blame on us and insisting that we should have called again to update them about the longer delay. While I recognise that we were late, we are still the clients and should be treated with a basic level of care and professionalism. At the very least, I would have expected Emily to call and inform us that she had other viewings and would not be able to wait, rather than there being no contact at all. That lack of communication feels unprofessional, particularly when you are in the process of trying to buy a property and reasonably expect decent treatment.

I visited this real estate agency in Kingston looking to rent an apartment and was assisted by Alfie from the rentals department. Unfortunately, his attitude was dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional. Instead of providing helpful information, he made me feel unwelcome and looked down on me as a potential client. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the agency and is not what anyone expects when actively looking to rent a property. Based on this experience, I would think twice before doing business here.

Very dodgy company, they avoiding repairs in their overpriced and mouldy properties , contact you only when they are benefiting from it and worse part they playing up when comes to return YOUR deposit money. Avoid if you respect your money, time and health

I had a very bad experience on February 2022. After agreeing a property I paid the deposit and advance they refused to give the property and to refund the amount I had to fight to get it back....

As soon as they male contract with a tenant, they don't care later. Hard to get response to emails and even if they respond they never answer questions properly. Messing up tenants energy account, documentations are wrong. Fed up with them.
