Having begun our property sale journey with another agent who provided little support and promotion, we received a valuation from Kristina at Andrew Grant. We were made to feel reassured and more confident about our sale. Kristina provided regular updates and within a matter of weeks we received our acceptable offer. Throughout sale proceedings Kristina at Andrew Grant has gone above and beyond, supporting not only our sale but also acting for many of the other agents in the chain - Thank you :-) Our only disappointment was the lack of care and concern we received from Premier Property Lawyers (Andrew Grants Conveyencers) who 'misplaced' pieces of important documents, resulting in the delay of proceedings.

We have received a great service from start to finish. Managed by Justin, the sale of our house has been straight forward. We have been kept informed throughout the whole process. It is worth mentioning that we were extremely happy with the quality of photographs taken to market our property. The house sold within one week! Professional and friendly service.

Andrew Grant Kidderminster sold our house within 6 weeks of it going on the market. The initial marketing was easy and quick and we were up and running in no time. The online "tracker" facility is a fantastic way to keep up to date with enquiries, viewings, interest etc throughout the sale. Unfortunately our original buyer had to pull out but our agent, Kristina Hawley, pushed on with marketing and generating interest and we had an second offer in no time! We pushed for a quick completion and amazingly...it happened seamlessly. All the staff seem to have a genuine personal interest in our sale so we felt in safe hands all the way through and knew we would achieve a sale quickly. A great branch of a great estate agent and my husband and I would highly recommend them.

We used Andrew Grant to sell our home - having had a bad experience with another agent and was very pleased with their service! They have a professional, no pressure approach, which we appreciated. They fully explained all their costs and terms & conditions, so their were no nasty surprises. We chose to use their professional photographer to market our home which gave great results and portrayed the high quality finish that our home has. My only slight negative was after a couple of weeks of low interest I had to ask for our marketing to include a premium listing on Rightmove which they did straight away and resulted in successful sale.
