A big thank you to Adam and the team for all the hard work and enthusiasm. Even when things got difficult, they stayed positive and focussed, offering good advice and encouragement all the way. We particularly liked the 'Open House' as it enabled a lot of people to view in a short period of time.

The service we received as potential buyers was really poor so much so we decided not to increase offer on a house as it was dealt with so badly and thought if this is what is what it’s like trying to buy what will the sales progressing be like ! That’s just our experience and view.
I’m extremely disappointed with the way this estate agent has handled a serious safety issue in my rented property. My back door has been drilled shut, leaving it unusable as an exit. This creates a major fire safety risk, yet I’ve been left in this situation for now 4 days and have been advised it will take another 2–3 weeks with little urgency shown to resolve it. Despite repeatedly raising the concern, action has been delayed, and now the repair is being held up further while they seek additional quotes. While I understand the need for due process, it’s incredibly frustrating that cost considerations appear to be taking priority over the safety of someone living in the property. A blocked exit in a home is not a minor inconvenience—it’s a basic safety issue that should be addressed immediately. As a tenant, I expect the property to be safe and for serious hazards to be treated with urgency. I hope the agency reflects on how situations like this are handled in the future and prioritises tenant safety over prolonged delays.
Tried to make enquiries about a property and got a rude response. They seemed entirely unbothered and frustrated. Bad customer service!
Awful experience with Kettering branch . If you are looking to rent go elsewhere, there are plenty of other estate agents out there . Staff were dismissive and unhelpful. Had to chase calls and emails .It was as if dealing with tenants was beneath them. Have had to wait for 5 months to get our deposit back after using the Deposit protection service which was very stressful . Avoid !
