In my recent search for a new home I found several properties that I wanted to view through Henderson Connellan. These viewings were all booked together for me and dealt with by the lovely Callum. I found him to be very polite and helpful. Easy to chat to and most importantly he actually listened to what I was looking for in a new home. He did in fact help me find my ideal property and arranged a very quick follow up visit with the vendors so my daughter could view it too. We were happy to make an offer. The conveyancing process was far from straight forward. It was at times very fraught and on the verge of collapse. However, the lovely Emma worked very hard to keep the process going. She was very attentive and responded and dealt with queries quickly and efficiently. I am delighted to say we eventually all survived the process and I am now happily settling in my new home. Very helpful in finding a house to let, really good customer service from Connie, keeping us involved and informed every step of the way. Also very useful and helpful welcome pack for how to rent and protecting your deposit from them on recieving keys to the house. Great ageny who if we had to, would use again or recommend to friends.

I must highly praise an estate agent, something I never thought I’d do having used a number of the years however with their determination, assistance and general help on all level. From a difficult sale with complications due to purchase legal issues they were their to help, support and get to the successful conclusion.
