Sam was an excellent communicator and listener for sales and had an understanding but pragmatic approach, Kayleigh hung onto the sale with tenacity, despite an initial buyer dropping out and always offered experienced and professional advice and Emily was an absolute star at the end, hanging onto the sale by communicating with both solicitors and the buyer as well as ourselves.
