Even though Miles and Barr were acting for the vendor of the property I was purchasing and not me directly, Lauren, their sales progressor, did a great job of keeping me and everyone else in the chain regularly informed of where we were in the process and keeping the sale / purchase moving as quickly as possible. Much of the liaison was probably above and beyond what most sales progressors would consider their job, but this really helped keep the transaction on track. Great job Lauren.
