we purchased our first home through Miles & Barr, the agent that was dealing with our purchase was Lauren Mayes and she basically bent over backwards to help us, she was very polite and friendly she also broke everything down for us which helped a lot.

I have just bought my first home in Folkestone and the service i received from all the staff at Miles and Barr was second to none... Lauren, Lucy and to be honest everyone i came into contact with was brilliant, so helpful,from the moment i found my flat to completing on it, i never needed to call them.. they were always one step ahead... very impressed... thank you Miles and Barr, Your Folkestone staff are really very professional ...

We cannot recommend all of the team at Miles & Barr in Folkestone enough! Special thanks to Lucy, Jade, Lauren & Luke for the consistent support we received during the entire process. All of the staff are very friendly, yet completely professional in equal measure. We were made to feel like clients rather than 'standard' customers, which is hard to find anywhere these days!

I found the service with Miles and Barr faultless form start to finish. I was a bit sceptical about their valuation at first as it was £20-30,000 higher than the other 3 valuations I had. But they achieved the asking price and Lauren saw the sale through right to exchange and kept me up to date all the way. Just think I could have lost £30,000 if I had gone with one of the other agents who all told me Miles and Barr over valued homes!!! Can't recommend enough and thank you for all your help, great team.
