From the moment we asked them to proceed, everything progressed smoothly, and they got a good price for the house too. The team responded promptly to my enquiries and did everything they said they would do. I don’t live in Folkestone, so they also took care of opening the house for potential buyers, a surveyor, and so on. It’s a good team and it was a pleasure to do business with them.

Miles and Barr staff have been exemplary in their service acting as selling agents They have been responsive to any query I've had and have been quick to return any calls I've made I feel they have heard me and taken the time to work out what my needs were. Zoe in particular became the agent to sell / accompany viewers at my house. She took care of all details and respected my wishes with doors locks and alarms.I have been really impressed with her dedicated approach.. I can also praise Hannah who had the difficult task of negotiating offers. Miles and Barr have been extremely helpful throughout my house hunt. They are very professional and covid-conscious in these times, including requiring potential buyers to do a financial screening before arranging any property viewings. As an American trying to get my head around the way the UK market works, their assistance with mortgage and solicitor advice has been invaluable. Ethan has been great to work with. I was very impressed particularly with Lauren Mayes. She kept her cool at all times and was very helpful through a difficult part of the chain, due to a very slow solicitor --not in our control.. She, however, worked tirelessly to keep the wheels in motion and was very reassuring. I must say all the employees at Miles and Barr were extremely professional and efficient from the beginning to end we had a great photographer and Evie put a lovely brochure together for us, from beginning to end all the staff were brilliant. I don't remember all their names but at each part of the process one person took control and then handed over to the next, all really knowing their speciality. I would highly recommend this Agency.
