I was very impressed particularly with Lauren Mayes. She kept her cool at all times and was very helpful through a difficult part of the chain, due to a very slow solicitor --not in our control.. She, however, worked tirelessly to keep the wheels in motion and was very reassuring. I must say all the employees at Miles and Barr were extremely professional and efficient from the beginning to end we had a great photographer and Evie put a lovely brochure together for us, from beginning to end all the staff were brilliant. I don't remember all their names but at each part of the process one person took control and then handed over to the next, all really knowing their speciality. I would highly recommend this Agency.
