Ive heard so many horror stores about estate agents but this does not have to be the norm, Miles and Barr are by far the best in the business. They know they're customers and the industry like no other. Miles and Barr have been extremely helpful throughout my house hunt. Miles and Barr staff have been exemplary in their service acting as selling agents They have been responsive to any query I've had and have been quick to return any calls I've made I feel they have heard me and taken the time to work out what my needs were. Zoe in particular became the agent to sell / accompany viewers at my house. She took care of all details and respected my wishes with doors locks and alarms.I have been really impressed with her dedicated approach.. I can also praise Hannah who had the difficult task of negotiating offers. Even though Miles and Barr were acting for the vendor of the property I was purchasing and not me directly, Lauren, their sales progressor, did a great job of keeping me and everyone else in the chain regularly informed of where we were in the process and keeping the sale / purchase moving as quickly as possible. Much of the liaison was probably above and beyond what most sales progressors would consider their job, but this really helped keep the transaction on track. Great job Lauren.
