we've just completed my late family's property today and have to say we wasn't disappointed we used them. From initial meeting with John we found him professional and a honest valuation. Honestly they wasn't the cheapest agents we used but we was so glad we used them. The reason once a offers accepted our details were then passed to Lauren mayes at the Dover branch. She was excellent Lauren kept in touch every single week to update us she was like a, little Ray of sunshine at the other end of the phone as dealing with a late family's estate is stressful at times & upsetting she was a real gem at the other end of the phone line reassuring bubbly and confident. I was very impressed particularly with Lauren Mayes. She kept her cool at all times and was very helpful through a difficult part of the chain, due to a very slow solicitor --not in our control.. She, however, worked tirelessly to keep the wheels in motion and was very reassuring. I must say all the employees at Miles and Barr were extremely professional and efficient from the beginning to end we had a great photographer and Evie put a lovely brochure together for us, from beginning to end all the staff were brilliant. I don't remember all their names but at each part of the process one person took control and then handed over to the next, all really knowing their speciality. I would highly recommend this Agency.
