We were travelling down to Folkestone to view a couple of properties, so as another came up with Miles & Barr I thought I’d try on the off chance to secure a same day viewing. We used Miles & Barr Folkestone for the sale of our house last year and without Sam, it’s unlikely our move would have happened due to problems in the chain. We dealt with Sam from the first stage of having our valuation right up until we exchanged. Sam has a really natural way of building a relationship with clients which meant he was the one that clients within the chain felt comfortable talking to, a real asset to the company.
