Matt is hands down the best agent in town. I can't say how much we appreciated his communication and proactivity. Most importantly for us, his involvement didn’t stop once we accepted an offer. As a Kenilworth resident for many years, I love the local community and how much our town offers for residents and visitors alike. My estate agency work took me out of the area for several years, building up skills and knowledge, including my CePAP, MARLA, and MNAEA qualifications. As a parent of primary school-aged children, we love the variety of activities to do in the area, from the spectacular Kenilworth Castle and our fantastic library to the new leisure facilities at Castle Farm.
