Helen and her team have been the most fantastic agents for us after many other poor experiences. I trust her advice implicitly and she has a fabulous team of reasonable and prompt tradesmen, cleaners and decorators to help tenants. She’s on top of the law, always fair, and I think the tenants find the company responsive and straight. Regular, clear billing and statements and knows exactly what is going on financially. A real joy to deal with.
