Fantastic service from both Sarah Mains and Mincoffs solicitors. Worked hard to arrange viewings and eventually negotiate sale. Need to give a special thank you to Susan Richardson at the Jesmond office without whom I may not have remained sane throughout. Susan Richardson handled our rental property very efficiently and was extremely proactive in finding the right tenant to meet our needs. Everything was handled promptly and we were kept informed at each stage of setting up the agreement. Phil now looks after the monthly management and deals with any maintenance issues our tenants may request, again keeping us informed with a quick phone call or email.
