I had to deal with Sarah Mains , Jesmond recently for the purchase of a flat in Jesmond. The staff were polite, friendly , responsive and always willing to help. There were occassions when I could not get the person dealing with the purchase but they always made it a point to call me back. Thank you team. Regards Ajay Ramachandran
