I primarily dealt with Wendy from the Jesmond office in relation to the sale of my property and found her (& every other member of staff I dealt with) to be efficient, polite, friendly and helpful. I was kept up to date at all times and was given good advice with regard to processes and options along the way. I would most certainly use Sarah Mains again - Thanks Wendy!
