Awfully managed estate agent, will ignore you when you tell them multiple times that you are renewing your tenancy and will continue to organize viewings in which people would use a key to come in without knocking. Upon signing our tenancy renewal, two months after we had asked them multiple times to do so, Chloe took so long to sign her part, the document expired and we had to do it again! They have been a bit better this year, actually sending emails when someone needs access to the property, however, we were given less than 24h notice that a photographer would be coming to take pictures of our flat. This photographer let himself in without knocking 20 minutes early without saying a word to either of us. Brunton really lacks respect for the tenants it’s renting to, our landlord is also using Greetham Gilbert to market the house; Greetham Gilbert have been nothing but friendly and respectful of our privacy, waiting 5 minutes if we are not ready, emails of viewings sent a week in advance. If you want an estate agent to manage your student property do not choose Brunton Residential, it is ran awfully!
