I switched to Brunton Residential several years ago, initially drawn by their highly competitive rates. Since then, they’ve consistently impressed me with their professionalism and reliability in managing my 3 flats. They do exactly what they say they will, on time and with care. However, the true measure of a management company is how they handle problems, and Brunton Residential has exceeded all expectations. Their communication with both tenants and contractors has been exceptional, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and smoothly. Both Rachel and Isla have been so easy to work with. I feel that my properties are in great hands. I genuinely can't rate them highly enough. If five stars is the maximum, they deserve more. Highly recommended!
