Brunton Residential - Jesmond

I’ve been with Burnton Residential as a tenant for over 2 years now, and my experience has been very positive throughout. The documentation and onboarding process was quick, straightforward, and very easy to follow, which made moving in much less stressful. They also carry out regular checks on the property and make sure all the important safety checks are completed, such as gas safety and smoke detector inspections, which is very reassuring as a tenant. Their website for reporting maintenance issues is simple and easy to use, and whenever I’ve raised a request the response from the maintenance team has been prompt and efficient. Rachel and Isha have been especially kind and helpful, coordinating with me to arrange contractor visits and making the whole process smooth and convenient. Apart from that, Communication has always been polite, professional, and friendly. Overall, they’ve been very reliable and great to deal with.
