Richard James

Mike & Ollie were great. Straight forward people who made clear how the process would work. They answered our questions & allayed our fears about moving from a house in which we had lived & brought up our family for 26 years. Would recommend.

A massive thank you to all the staff team in Irthlingborough for everything you have done for us as a family in the last few months. You have been absolutely incredible, and have gone above and beyond at every stage, which has made everything a little less painful at our end! Your communication has been absolutely fantastic, so friendly but also so efficient. It’s been so reassuring knowing that you have had everything under control. Move in day went swimmingly and most of that was down to you! Thanks again, forever grateful 🙏

Richard James were brilliant the whole way through a very stressful process. Ollie was fantastic and they provided an excellent level of service throughout.

The team at Richard James Irthlingborough office went above and beyond to make my sale as smooth as possible

Very friendly and extremely helpful. I was kept up to date regularly and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richard James

Nice people and professional team

This is the second time we have used Richard James, Mike and Ollie did a sterling job, marketing the property and getting buyers through the door. The admin team kept everything going ensuring we were kept updated and when the sale was confirmed, Ollie did a fabulous job of not letting it falter right up until completion day. Thank you to both of them. We would not hesitate to recommend this estate agency.

Estate Agents are a necessary evil, but Richard James are certainly not that. Great service from getting the house on the market, the sale process and going above and beyond to sort out issues with the exchange and completion. Both Mike and Ollie are personable and straight talking. They know what your house is worth and don't over inflate so much so that we got the asking price. Absolutely would recommend and in fact encourage you from our experience to use them. Thanks again all at Richard James Irthlingborough.

As our local Estate Agent we chose Richard James to handle the sale of our property. From the initial meeting to the completion the journey was faultless with any delays or hurdles we experienced dealt with in a very professional and helpful manner. All the staff kept us updated with the status of our sale and any questions we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this Company and I wish them every success in 2026 and beyond.”

We had initially bought our house from Richard James 14 years ago, after looking for a home that would accommodate our dogs. We were persuaded to go with two other estate agents for selling it, we knew we should have gone back to Richard James who sold it within a couple of weeks. They are so professional and have been amazing. If you want a professional service when selling your home, don’t go anywhere else like we did at first, go with Richard James like we did, who could of sold our house much earlier if we had gone to them first.
