From the outset Mike was reassuring and very honest with us about the current state of the market. He prices the house to sell which it did within 2 weeks. Each week Rachael would call with an update and we were completed within 5 months. After deciding to move Mike came round and valued the house,he explained everything to do with the pricing very thoroughly ,he then created our brochure for our home sale, which made it look great and we were very pleased with the way it showed our home.
