I could not recommend Balgores Hayes highly enough. I’ve been in the property industry for 40 years so when it comes to selling your own home, you know what you are looking for. Joe Hayes is and has always been very professional, he does what he says he is going to do. Honesty is key, there is no point telling you an inflated sale price, you are just wasting everyone’s time. Great communication, a driven mindset and the best selling agent in Brentwood. I would highly recommend the Brentwood team. Under offer within 10 days and we have now exchanged contracts. Balgores’s should be renamed Balglorys 🥳

We used Balgores Brentwood to sell our house and we definitely made the right choice of estate agents! I used Balgores to handle the sale of my nan’s property while acting as Power of Attorney and honestly couldn’t fault them. The house sold very, very quickly and at a price we were happy with.
