We rented our house in Suffolk via Belvoir for over 18 months. From the start of the tenancy, Belvoir were brilliant. They were always on the end of the phone, and very quick to respond with the numerous things thrown at them - new locks, new TV ariel. Sadly the Landlords sold the property, so we had to move, but that was all dealt with professionally by their staff, and our deposit was returned quickly after the final handover meeting. A very positive renting experience, and would definitely look to rent, or buy or sell with them in the future as it was a pleasure dealing with their staff.
