Excellent service. After having our buyers pull out of the intial sale of our house. Sam at Michael Poole went above and beyond expectations so we didnt lose our dream home. She found us a new buyer within days. We couldnt ask for anything more. We have been kept up to date with progress regularly and and questions have been promptly answered. We only wish our solicitors were as efficient. We highly recommend Gill at the in house mortgage advice bureau at the Ingleby branch. Her help with getting the perfect mortgage is second to none. Just wanted to give Vicki Phelps in particular, (and also a mention to Victoria Wood as well for rushing her curried noodles to come out to see me!) a well deserved 5 stars for the time and sheer effort she's put into selling my home for me. She keeps me posted on things when she's not even at work, when she's in bed and it's 11pm at night, if she's dealing with her kids and probably even emails me while she's in the shower!!!! Absolutely full of personality, bubbly and a wonderful dedicated member of staff!
