Outstanding agent with excellent service

Karen is an excellent agent who gives outstanding service at all times. We have just purchased another property, and Karen once again was superb throughout the entire process. She is the best estate agent in the area. Her detailed knowledge, coupled with a helpful and friendly manner, provides a service which is professional and faultless. I cannot recommend her highly enough for first class service.

Second time using Michael Poole, only one issue with a cancelled viewing with no notification, other than that very supportive, provide good information when asked further.

Overall, they were expensive compared to others. Certainly, the sales side set our expectations too high. Having said that, both Leanne and Stacey were great. By the way they communicated, kept you informed, and helped the process through.

Overall great service though generally favouring the buyer in my view. After all, a property isn't sold until the deposit is paid and the contract is signed. Having said that, they were great at keeping us informed of the progress with the sale as were we at keeping them informed of the status of the property (servicing of boiler, house alarm etc). A huge advantage for us was the fact that they did all the client viewing for us so we had no stress with that aspect of the sale at all - wonderful. Our personal contact, Stacey, was always very courteous & pleasant to deal with and kept a check on all aspects of the sale. Would I use Michael Poole Estate Agents again? - definitely YES.
