Imran was excellent since the beginning. We originally planned to view another house, but he kindly recommended another, which we loved. The competition was high for this house, but I explained that this would be our first home and would mean a lot for us if we could secure. Once I received the offer Imran was excellent in asking for regular updates, contacting all the different parties, this helped to speed up the process. He was extremely kind, understanding and patient. He was also very supportive when the process became stressful. The housing process did take sometime but Imran kept reassuring me and checking for updates regularly throughout, which I really appreciated. He would also answer us in a prompt and timely manner which also significantly calmed me during the stressful times. Thank you so much for your time and effort, especially Imran!
