Couldn't have made this move without Payne and Co! I did consider using an online company initially but Payne and Co came recommended and I am so pleased I did choose to go with them. I was selling mine and my parents houses and buying one house between us. It was all of a bit of a timing nightmare with a race against time to make sure I didn't lose the house I was buying. When one buyer pulled out Payne and Co got the sale back together and just when we expected to exchange on the other house something happened to the chain which could have destroyed everything, but Mark from Payne and Co was there to handle all of it - calling every single solicitor and client in the chain daily (2 or 3 times per day!) until the sales were complete. He certainly kept me sane through the whole process - without him there I'm sure I would have given up on buying my dream home. Everyone at Payne and Co were fantastic and I thoroughly recommend them.
