I recently purchased a small studio flat through Payne & Co and the service provided by Humzah at Payne & Co was excellent. He kept all sides well informed and chased up outstanding issues and very amicably settled a couple of grievances that arose during the purchase. Also, as the purchase was coming to close there were a few potential pitfalls that could have killed the deal in the final days but Humzah was very good at managing both sides and getting the deal across the line. He made the whole experience and final purchase a very pleasant experience. Just the sort of added value that makes dealing with a reputable estate agent so much better.
