The property we moved into wasn't set up to be lived when we moved had to registered address had no bins. we had to do everything ourselves, when any issues arrived in the property they were slow to respond to and when they did it was extremely half arsed. Nothing ever got sorted no matter how many attempts on contacting them. Wouldn't recommend using these this particular branch for renting from or looking after your property

We rented a house with belvoir and the house needed some painting done and one part of carpet changed which they said it will be done within few weeks from us moving in, we waited 2 months nothing happened so we went to the office and they were quite rude in there , and basically they didnt do anything that has been said in 2 years of us moving in until the landlord decided to sell the house and even then when we moved out they were trying to take more than half of our deposit for stupid reasons never renting or buying with them again

My family rented a house with Belvoir in November 2018 to March 2019 till we found a house to buy. The house was a complete state, carpets were more brown than beige, the whole house was covered in long black dog hair, non working fridge/freezer in the kitchen etc... They picked up on it and took notes & pictures. Then when we move out, we get the house absolutely spotless, replace a few things (we had ripped & scruffy blinds..) Receipts ready for them to prove it. Well guess who is still waiting for the deposit. We have been asked to clean the house again but yet they are unable to prove that the house was cleaned before our arrival. Plus the staff in there, especially the female behind the desk on the left, are extremely rude, disrespectful, with very little commun sense (ie: if you can't prove that the house was cleaned before they arrived, how can you bill people for it when they leave) . STAY AWAY FROM THESE RUDE PEOPLE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT 🤷🏼‍♀️
