Going by your response you clearly didn't read the review properly as never stated anything about getting the full deposit back. Where do I start... Please read the reviews before proceeding with Belvoir Huntingdon because it says it all... From the very start we had a number of problems, but the worst being the absolutely awful customer service we experienced. The manager has no care for customers and is extremely rude the other colleagues are incapable of the smallest tasks and cannot even be bothered to pick up the phone. If I could I wouldn't even give them one star. Seriously, it doesn't matter how good the price or property looks, please save yourself proper nerve damage and probably some money and AVOID THIS AGENCY. We managed to stay in property only 6months. Worst time of my life. If only I could turn back time. Exactly rude, never thought anyone working in such a business can be so rude. The biggest mistake ever! Very rude, never picking up phone. Just looking how to get you money! Hiding fees which u need to pay at the end of the tenancy. Caused way too much stress to deal with them. Never even look at the properties which they are offering!!!
