When you first go to Belvoir they are all over you like a rash for your money.Then the problems start,the chimney fell down so no tv aerial for two weeks,the roof leaks so the landlord tries to bodge it still leaks eventually replaced.No hot water for three weeks because of the incompetence of the plumbers they use,the shower door falls off and they take more than a month to get it sorted and all this time living in a property so full of damp it stinks they still take your money every month.I would not recommend Belvoir to my worst enemy.
