So, I had previously rang HM Land Registry to make an appointment and they were great on the phone. When we visited the Croydon office, we were seen immediately ((a few minutes before our appointment) and I really must say, the young lady was so helpful, polite and jolly. She went out of way to do what was needed. Brilliant service. The only thing that confused me was the model of the ship in the waiting area! I thought there would be something more land- based!!! Pretty though. Shame there’s no disabled spot nearby. Croydon council need to sort that out. Thank you.

Sean and Sarah from your Ramsey branch have been fantastic throughout the process of arranging our mortgage - I couldn't recommend them enough! They continually went out their way to help us even staying open late to see us. Great work!

I just want to say a massive Thank you to Thomas Morris From the team in Royston office to their head office they have been fantastic In particular my Landlord Peter and a lady called Sharon from head office Together myself and the team have made this journey a lot easier - I believe if you are kind to others they will be kind to you and I can promise you all that these people are some of the kindest people I have ever had to deal with They have given me nothing but support since I have lost my job because I became unwell and in return lost my home I wasn’t able to afford to live in the property anymore and extremely distressed about this They reassured me and helped me every step of the way to ensure I was able to leave with the least stress possible Every phone call and every email sent was responded to immediately , professionally and with kindness even at night time they would email back if they could They worked tirelessly to ensure I was not left with lots of arrears and ensure I had some money to come away with as I have lost everything Any problems I had they treated me with the utter most respect and understanding I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am that I had them to support me through this tough time Not only all of this they would come and do inspections 6 monthly and always friendly , they considered letting me have a pet which really helped my emotional state , when ever there was a problem- ie the sink leaked once they send someone out straight away I would highly recommend Thomas Morris they go above and beyond for their tenants

We dealt with the team at Thomas Morris St Ives when we sold our house and purchased another property they were selling, all the team at this branch are outstanding, they guided us through the process with ease, they are so helpful and very professional, we are actually moving again but with a P/X and even though we can't deal with them this time as we have to go through the builders choices they still have been able to give us good advice and guide us in the right direction.
