We had a great experience with Alastair Smith at TM. Very easy going, quick to respond to us, and nothing seemed too much trouble. He came highly praised by a friend and we now know why. Luckily we ignored his pricing suggestion as we pushed for what we wanted and got it in double quick time, but other than that - fabulous.

He was very professional (as are all the team in Huntingdon branch actually) and personable and provided great support to me all the way through the sale. So, I had previously rang HM Land Registry to make an appointment and they were great on the phone. When we visited the Croydon office, we were seen immediately ((a few minutes before our appointment) and I really must say, the young lady was so helpful, polite and jolly. She went out of way to do what was needed. Brilliant service. The only thing that confused me was the model of the ship in the waiting area! I thought there would be something more land- based!!! Pretty though. Shame there’s no disabled spot nearby. Croydon council need to sort that out. Thank you.
