Excellent response to a complicated matter. Still some time yet to resolve completely as involves others, but on course. Will use again.

Very pleasant experience with this estate agent . Initially we were looked after by Lisa who was very friendly and helpful , then the majority of the letting handled by Sam . Sam was very professional and nothing was too much trouble for her , she really looked a After us do well , with emails , phone calls and follow ups . A very friendly estate agent who I would highly recommend

Sean, Joe and Julie at the Ramsey branch provided excellent service at every stage, particularly given the challenging circumstances in the latter stages caused by the Covid crisis. They communicated clearly and provided regular updates on progress. A friendly team that went the extra mile to ensure a smooth sale and purchase process. Our property sold within a fortnight and we have achieved exchange of contracts in two months despite Covid. Highly recommend!
Professional, friendly and helpful at the St.Ives branch. Everything has gone very smoothly, everyone I have dealt with has been prompt and efficient when arranging viewings and dealing with queries. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
I had an appointment at Thomas Morris in Ramsey to see Sarah Mercer from Embrace Financial Services. Sarah took care of my mortgage application and I have been blown away by the outstanding service I received. Sarah has been exceptional from start to finish, professional, very knowledgeable, reliable, efficient. She always replied to me within 24 hours and had answers to all my questions. She always made herself available and was very supportive and helpful. I can't recommend Sarah enough, brilliant service! . Thank you again Sarah!
I would recommend Thomas Morris Sawtry to anyone as they are very friendly and very helpful. They will go the extra mile for you making things as smooth as possible. Sarah Mercer our mortgage advisor at Thomas Morris has been brilliant arranging our mortgage and helping with advice even on things that were not necessarily for her to sort out. Thanks
