AMAZING! Our mortgage advisor was James Hindley. So we are were first time buyers and we pretty much had no idea what we needed to do or when/ where to start. We were known to Thomas Morris, having viewed another property with them so they were able to bring this house to our attention proactively and the proactive approach continued throughout the deal to exchange today.
