We recently bought and sold through Burnetts and were extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. It was not a straightforward transaction, but Jemima worked tirelessly to keep everything on track, maintaining excellent communication with all parties involved. Jemima and everyone at Burnetts have been amazing and sold our house in a very difficult market . We recently sold our house through Burnetts and cannot recommend them highly enough. Jemima in particular went above and beyond to help ensure a smooth sale and kept us incredibly well informed throughout. The comparison with the Agents we were buying from was considerable and made us realise just what a good job they do and how they will go beyond the standard level of help. They kept communications going smoothly throughout with all parties, including our solicitors, to avoid unnecessary issues and dealt with the entire process, professionally and smoothly while very much keeping the personal touch. Would use again and more than happy to recommend.

I'd like to say a big thank you to the team at Starkings and Watson's Brundall office following my mums recent purchase. Ana and Sam provided great communication and efficency from the sales department, allowing us to agree the purchase price with the vendor and secure the property. However the amazing service provided by Tracey who progressed the sale was invaluable. Tracey kept us up-to-date all the way through and went over and above particularly in the last couple of weeks to get us to completion. I know without doubt that completion would have still been weeks away without Tracey's help. Highly recommended
