Our financial adviser asked us to obtain a professional's opinion of our house value so that he can prepare a plan based on sound information. We are not thinking of moving but Anna was friendly, helpful and professional with thorough research. She quickly understood our need and responded as promised. We have kept her card in our files as we were impressed and would recommend.

So far, a great experience. Hattie has been so efficient and very professional, without being pushy. I feel I’m dealing with a lovely human and not just a salesperson who doesn’t really care. She’s so quick to respond to emails and understands my specific situation and needs. I feel that she's making a complex process straightforward so far… She’s a real asset to Thomas Morris ! Very professional and diligent. They have helped to find us our new home in Norfolk, even though we were not local residents. They kept us updated and alerted to suitable properties and supported our efforts to secure our home.

I can’t thank Jemima and Lorraine enough for guiding me through the sale of my father’s house , it was an emotional time but they kept in touch making the journey easier. Very professional, friendly and caring . Would definitely recommend and would use again in the future .

Chloe was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The photos she took of our home were excellent and our house was only on the market a matter of does before we accepted an offer over asking price. Chloe was always helpful and easy to contact.
