I have used a number of estate agents in Huddersfield to rent two properties. Boultons were terrible. I will never use them again. William H Brown were a little better, but nothing to write home about. However, I have been very impressed with Martin and Co. They are professional, efficient and most importantly they get the job done quickly.

Unfortunately I have been constantly misinformed about several queries I brought up when contacting Martin & Co. There seem to be lack of communication between employees so that there isn't a coherent response to a simple query. The process of ending my tenancy was not smooth and actually was very much stress inducing. EDIT: was contacted by Emma and she sorted my query immediately.
