I have to say I've had a really pleasant experience with Sawyer's - from Toby who initially showed me around a property I'm about to move into, to Kerri Anne's professional and swift handling of the referencing procedure and then Harriet who has taken over from the referencing side of things - they've been fast, kept in touch, exceptionally polite and really nice to deal with. Moving house is extremely stressful with so many things to consider and many variables to endure so to have a letting team who are all skilled at making this process as easy as possible and to have warm, friendly and just plain good old fashioned customer service is a total game changer when you've had poor experiences elsewhere. I usually avoid estate agents but I would most definitely recommend this particular office to my friends and colleagues if they're considering a move in Brighton & Hove. Thanks!!!
