I dealt with Bob Beakin in the Hove office and found him to be extremely helpful and proactive. This was not always the case with other members of the Sawyers team. Bob was a beacon of excellence in a sea of mediocrity!

We just rented a two-bed flat through Sawyer and Co. We were assisted in the process by Mia who was quite prompt in answering our queries. The only issue was that their office doesn’t answer phone calls and so we had to rely on emails only, but Mia was quick to respond.

Mia was very helpful when it came to sorting our flat out. The move in was very smooth. Overall me and flat mate have been quite happy with the service provided.

Bob at Hove was very good at communicating, responsive and the most action orientated of all stakeholders.... ! Feedback on constructive side to Sawyers, please be accurate on management fee... we were told circa 2,000 GBP whereas the actual is double that.

I've only spent 5 minutes in there both times I've been there, and they were friendly and helpful 🙂 …

My current letting agent, Spyros has been extremely helpful. He always responds quickly to emails and phone calls, and has been efficient and professional.
