I'm a tenant with Sawyer and Co already for almost a year, from the beginning they were very helpful, all documents I signed with them online which was very easy and convenient way for such a busy person as me. Property had few faults but agency sorted them all. Flat didn't have a heating so my agent even negotiated this with the landlord and the heating was done, also they refreshed bathroom a bit, fixed my drafty windows and every time I needed something my agent responded very quickly, she is the best - Emma Marcantonio. I couldn't have chosen a better company to deal with. I needed a valuation to be done for Probate and therefore had to have 3 Valuations done with local Agents. Nick Daley did a valuation for me on behalf of Sawyer & Co and he stood out by far from the other Valuers. He was warm and friendly and gave some very helpful and professional advice which is what I needed at the time and was understanding of my situation. In the end I decided to go down the path of renting the property outbrather than selling and he introduced me to his colleagues on the Lettings side of the Company who were just as friendly and professional and commuted to meeting my requirements. My property was rented out within a couple of weeks and have been more than pleased with their Management services. What came over the most for me was that Sawyer & Co all work together as a team so they share successes jointly not individually which is very refreshing to see in the Estate Agency industry.
