I couldn’t fault the service we received, from calling into the office to make the initial introduction to receiving the meter readings and exchange of keys. It wasn’t a smooth sale by any means with the buyer taking almost 12 months to complete. But, Lancasters stuck at it, keeping us fully informed along the way. What a fantastic estate agent this is. They felt like family towards the end. We purchased our forever home with Lancasters and had the pleasure of dealing with Jason throughout who bent over backwards with my multiple viewings, Emma with the sale process to completion, my countless calls and emails and Anita who was always a delight to speak to when directing my calls. It's unheard of for an estate agency to be open on a Sunday and Lancasters were definitely there to support. Ben you have a fantastic team working for you, you must be very proud.

Only 5 stars available? Should be more. I can truly say that, from day one, the support, advice and speed of response from ALL the staff at Lancaster's has been exceptional. During what is naturally a testing time - the buying/selling of a property - they made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I can’t recommend Lancasters enough. From the initial valuation from Ben which was very detailed, but he also took a real interest in our first family home, they also priced it £20k-30k higher than the other agent we had round and we achieved close to asking price. Photographer and photos were 10/10, makes a huge difference these days. After agreeing the sale and purchase via another agent, we had an incredibly complicated and stressful chain…dealing with rubbish solicitors, difficult clients and probate. During this entire time Jason was professing the sale and spent countless hours chasing and moving the sale along, doing things over and above what he needed to do. I’m not sure our house move would’ve happened without Jason, top guy. We said we’d never move again, but if we did we would only consider using Lancasters.
