We sold our house with Lancasters back in May. It sold very quickly after a large number of viewings. I was extremely impressed by the way they marketed the property. Ben’s initial visit was very comprehensive, he was polite, knowledgeable and very professional. Everything was organised very quickly and efficiently. The photos they took were excellent and the best of any other local estate agent I know of. They really helped to get the viewings. On viewing day everything was handled very professionally from start to finish. We were kept updated throughout and offered advice throughout.
