My experience of Lancaster’s was as a buyer. I had already sold my previous home and became aware that a house I had long admired was being sold by them. It was a pleasure working with them. They are extremely professional and at the same time the entire team is friendly and personable. I appreciate that these days there is nothing unusual about a period of 5 months from selling and leaving my previous property to moving into my new one. But the estate agents and solicitors responsible for the sale of a new property to my vendor were rather dilatory, to put it very kindly. Lancasters, and particularly Emma, their sales progression coordinator, did an excellent job in obtaining information, which seemed of the order of state secrets, from these people, to keep me informed about the status of my purchase. It was a great relief when it all happened and I am most grateful to the entire Lancasters team who did such an excellent job for me.

We transferred to Lancasters estate agents from another agent in September 2024. From the start of our journey with Lancasters we had a few enquiries and viewings. We had an offer from the couple and accepted the offer in May this year we moved into our new home. Thank you too all the staff at Lancasters. Viewed multiple properties with Stuart in the Addlestone area, and he could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. We are first time buyers so had lots of questions and concerns and he was able to answer everything honestly to help us understand the pro and cons of everything we were querying. It not often you find an estate agent who is as helpful and patient and we really appreciated that.
