I can’t recommend Lancasters enough. From the initial valuation from Ben which was very detailed, but he also took a real interest in our first family home, they also priced it £20k-30k higher than the other agent we had round and we achieved close to asking price. Photographer and photos were 10/10, makes a huge difference these days. After agreeing the sale and purchase via another agent, we had an incredibly complicated and stressful chain…dealing with rubbish solicitors, difficult clients and probate. During this entire time Jason was professing the sale and spent countless hours chasing and moving the sale along, doing things over and above what he needed to do. I’m not sure our house move would’ve happened without Jason, top guy. We said we’d never move again, but if we did we would only consider using Lancasters.
